How is the monthly installment calculated?
It uses the standard fixed-rate annuity formula, where each payment is the same and covers interest on the remaining balance plus a bit of principal.
Is my data uploaded?
No. The calculation runs entirely in your browser; nothing is sent to a server.
Does it handle floating (mixed) rates?
This calculator assumes a single fixed rate for the whole tenor. For a fixed-then-floating KPR, calculate each period separately with its own rate.
What down payment should I use?
Indonesian KPR usually requires at least 10–20% down. Enter the percentage your bank asks for and the loan amount adjusts automatically.
Does it work offline?
