Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded to remove the background?
No. The AI model runs entirely in your browser, so the image never leaves your device and nothing is sent to a server — safe for private or client photos.
Why does the first run take longer?
The first time you use it, the tool downloads the AI model (around 40 MB). After that it's cached in your browser, so later runs start much faster.
What format is the result?
You get a transparent PNG with the subject cut out, which you can download, copy to the clipboard, or send to the annotator for further editing.
